RamAir Services division has been in operation in St. Louis for over 25 years. RamAir's first service job, a large industrial customer with a small Maintenance staff, is still a customer today. The Services division changes filters at numerous hospitals, industrials, pharmaceuticals and commercial operations, both directly and through subcontracts with Mechanical Contractors. All RamAir Service Technicians are long-term employees with the shortest tenure at 10 years. As stated by many satisfied customers, RamAir's Technicians are professional, well-mannered, quick, efficient and hard working. We take our jobs seriously and always want our customers to be a source of future referrals.

With the ever present concern over indoor air quality, short-handed Maintenance staffs at hospitals and industrials rely upon RamAir's Technicians to supply a filter program that yields accurate system surveys, engineered filter selections, optimum service solutions and documentation to support the customer's preventative maintenance program.

For customers requiring monthly or quarterly filter status reports for Infectious Control, the Food and Drug Administration, or other equally important departments , RamAir Services offers the Filter Monitoring Survey package. The package includes an initial filter survey of the entire complex, a spreadsheet description of all air handling units, periodic walk-through surveys, and an emailed report showing the filters per unit, last date changed and current status based on our rating system. Filters are changed only when they need to be changed and not a moment sooner. This represents a savings for our customer in both product and cleaner cooling coils.

Solutions to tough filtration problems and optimized filter performance are a function of experience and knowledge blended with new technologies and ideas. RamAir's Filter Change-Out Services are second to none. Our professional and knowledgeable Technicians create efficiencies and improved filter performance to satisfy any customer's annual budget. Filter change-out services are based around a preventative maintenance schedule, or a Filter Monitoring Survey, as mentioned above.

Our premier product is the Camfil Farr 30/30 high capacity, pleated filter which outlasts all other pleated, medium efficiency filters 2 to1 (guaranteed). This represents an ultimate decrease in the customer's filter consumption as the 30/30 outperforms the competition. If a quarterly change-out is requested, then the standard capacity Camfil Farr Aeropleat 3 is our choice. All Camfil Farr pleated, medium efficiency filters use welded wire support grid for the best performance. These filters do not bend, or fail prematurely compared to the competition's filters using expanded metal, or no support grid.
